Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your Cookhouse order as efficiently as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details from our delivery partner.

Mainland UK Delivery

Standard Delivery
• Free delivery on orders over £30
• £4.95 delivery charge on orders under £30
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days

Special Delivery Areas

Deliveries to areas such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Scotland, and the Scottish Highlands & Islands

• Free delivery on orders over £50
• £5.95 delivery charge on orders under £50
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. Cookhouse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

At present, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, or the Channel Islands.

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with every Cookhouse purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
